About Us

Hi, I'm Lia. And yes—frankly, the "L" in LLeanStore stands for Lia.

For years, I worked in manufacturing, spending countless hours on the factory floor solving problems, building systems, coaching teams, and trying to make continuous improvement part of everyday work.

Like many Lean practitioners, I collected spreadsheets, searched for templates, rebuilt the same documents over and over, and sometimes spent more time preparing improvement work than actually improving.

Along the way, I often found myself thinking:

"There has to be a better way."

That thought eventually became LLeanStore.

LLeanStore isn't just a website. It's a collection of tools, calculators, templates, playbooks, applications, and ideas that I wish had existed when I was managing improvement projects every day.

Every calculator solves a calculation I once had to do.

Every template and application replaces something I rebuilt too many times.

Every playbook is something I wish someone had handed me earlier in my career.

Every article comes from lessons learned through real factory challenges—not only from success, but also from mistakes, experiments, and continuous learning.

My goal isn't to build the biggest Lean website.

My goal is much simpler.

I want LLeanStore to become the place I would have loved to use as a Lean Manager—a practical home where students, engineers, supervisors, and continuous improvement practitioners can quickly find tools that help them solve real problems.

If one day someone opens LLeanStore, saves an hour of work, solves a difficult problem, or feels a little more confident leading improvement because of something they found here, then I'll know this journey was worthwhile.

Because, in many ways, LLeanStore is a gift to my past self—and hopefully, a useful companion for yours.
